This program is for more experienced kids that want to wrestle all year. This will include all practice that are outside of our Spring and Fall Seasons.

General information:

• Location: Post Falls High school Wrestling Room
• Practice: Tuesday, Thursday 6:00-7:30PM Schedule may vary depending on tournament schedule.
• Tournaments: are decided by parents and coaches that participate in the program. Tournaments are both local and national.
• Team Singlet: Not Required
• Style: This program includes coaching for Folkstyle, Greco Roman and Free Style wrestling.
• Kids aged 9-18 can participate.
